SALT Group Defines "Localization" as follows:

Localization is the process of adapting the translated text into the environmental linguistic culture of the target Language. This process involves using the most common locally used linguistic terminology and standard conventions instead of the local equivalents of the source language such as, date, time, people names, etc. It also involves providing local examples, geographic places for example as well as local references and other environmental elements.

How we do it:

• Choosing the perfect candidate for a localizer job is also one of our major concerns. You can get this concept after reading our requirements for the successful Localization candidate.
• To join SALT localization team, the candidate has to spend 3 months in continuous training on our methodology of handling localization projects. His/her final evaluation report will judge liability which will define either to be a permanent member or still need more training.
• Keeping available all the possible resources that make the localization work flow an easy, interesting and perfect process.

• Applying rigid quality standards (SALT QA Module, Liza Module and above all 15038 European standards as a general policy supported with or certificate.
