All About Trust and Reliability

Since the advent of popular use of the Internet, early nineties of the last century, I always recall a joke I found to be really expressing the new wave of human communications:

On the internet

This simple frightening concept drove my attention to the serious confusing and distrust idea that will mostly accumulate when I contact someone for the first time over the Internet. Unless other factors lead to building up real trust in between partners, no successful business will ever find its way between them.

For almost twenty years of experience in using the Internet - which became like air we breathe - we constructed our own private model for dealing with clients, vendors and all other contacts. We called this model "It's all about trust and reliability". We strongly believe that gaining the "trust" of a client or a vendor is a valuable asset we add to our business, since our presence in business, as well as keeping up our unique high quality performance "reliability", can be considered as the magic keys to our progress and continuing success all the time.

In Brief, our parameters for applying "It's all about trust and reliability" model are:

A) Trust: had been built over more than 10 years of business. This trust is verified by working with three essential major clients only, all of these years.

B) Reliability: Had been verified by the continuous acceptance of our service quality by those clients which encouraged us to do more and more to keep our reliability worthy all the time. Our reliability can also be verified by reviewing the achieved 50 million words so far as Translation & Localization, QA and DTP services provided by SALT Group since 2000 through 2008.
